The invention relates to a heat exchanger operating with a mixture of water- antifreeze solution and air. According to the invention, the heat exchanger comprises some tubes arranged in a base plate, each tube being in the shape of a water drop and provided with flat fins. The tubes have a dished end and a sharp end, the angle of the sharp end being in the range of 35 to 60° C, and the ratio between the lengths of the axes in the range of 2.28 to 1.36.
