摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the variations of vibrating frequencies and crystal impedances by defining the distance between the single crystal vibtating reed disposed on a supporting base by leaving a spacing and lead wires fixed to the supporting base within a range of 0.1 to 0.3 mm and flowing a low melting point alloy here thereby performing bonding.
