PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detection circuit in which a detection range of current is expanded.SOLUTION: A current detection circuit includes: a first resistance element 111 which is connected to a first connection terminal T11 and a second connection terminal T12; a second resistance element 112 in which one terminal is connected to one terminal of the first resistance element 111; a third resistance element 113 in which one terminal is connected to the other terminal of the first resistance element; a first field effect transistor 114 in which a source is connected to the other terminal of the second resistance element 112; a second field effect transistor 115 in which a source is connected to the other terminal of the third resistance element 113 and a drain and a gate are connected to a gate of the first field effect transistor 114; a third field effect transistor 118 in which a source is connected to the source of the second field effect transistor 115 and a gate is connected to a drain of the first field effect transistor 114; and a fourth resistance element 119 in which one terminal is connected to a drain of the third field effect transistor 118 and voltage is input to the other terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
