PURPOSE: Hardening apparatus of adhesive hardenes adhesive adhered to mulching vinyl within short time efficiently, improves workability and productivity by reducing production working hours of mulching vinyl. CONSTITUTION: Hardening apparatus of adhesive for mulching vinyl comprises coverlet(17) to be tightened with locking screw(19); case(10) to be formed in the inside of space part(15); ultraviolet rays generator(A) to generate ultraviolet rays by being installed in the bottom of the case(10); light reflector(B) to be hardened by separating ultraviolet rays generated from the ultraviolet rays generator(A) for various direction by being refracting prescribed direction and irradiating to adhesive of mulching vinyl(70) through ultraviolet rays permeation hole(16) of case(10); air-conditioned device(C) to cool heat generated from the ultraviolet rays generator(A) and circulate internal air. |
