PURPOSE: The titled paint composition capable of directly printing marks or the like on the surface of glass without low temperature sintering processes and process for production thereof are provided which have excellent adhesion for directly printing on the surface of glass or PET without surface modification. CONSTITUTION: The plastic printing paint is prepared by the following steps of: mixing a part of polyol (B), epoxy resin (C), a plasticizer and a defoaming agent with moisture free diisocyanate (A) and heating at 30 to 40°C in a first steps; mixing the remaining polyol (B), a polymerization preventing agent, a pigment and a part of a solvent and aging at 50 to 70°C in a second process; mixing a defoaming agent and a flame retardant, heating at 80 to 90°C, aging for 2 to 5 hr and cooling with the remaining solvent. After reaction, an excess amount of diisocyanate (A) is used in such a manner that the remaining NCO is 3.5 to 20% by weight based on the total weight of the diisocyanate (A) and the polyol (B). |
