PURPOSE: A rubber sheet capable of being used between a carcass and a rim cushion in place of a tire chafer and improving the durability of a bead portion by lowering a compounding ratio of sulfur in the carcass and using an accelerator having excellent adhesion to nylon or polyester cords is provided which can improve the performance of a bead portion. CONSTITUTION: The rubber sheet for a chafer of tires having a thickness of 0.5 to 1mm is manufactured by using the rubber composition comprising 70 to 100 parts by weight of natural rubber, 0 to 30 parts by weights of styrene butadiene rubber, 40 to 50 parts by weight of carbon black having an iodine absorption of 30 to 41 mg/g and a pH of 7 to 11 and 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight of dibenzothiazyl disulfide as an accelerator. |
