PURPOSE: A press molding machine for molding incineration bricks is provided to automatically supply incineration materials mixed with processing chemicals into a metal mold and separate molding-finished bricks from the metal mold to convey next process. CONSTITUTION: A press molding machine for molding incineration bricks includes four props vertically mounted, upper and lower lifting plates(58,59) to be lifted or lowered along the guide of the props, upper and lower pressing elements(60,61) fixedly protruded to face the upper and lower lifting plates, upper and lower hydraulic cylinders(62,63) for driving the lifting or lowering of the upper and lower lifting plates, a base plate element(55) fixed traversely between the upper and lower pressing elements and elongated at one side, a hole(64) formed on the base plate element facing the upper and lower pressing elements, a metal mold(27) fixed under the holes and having opened upper and lower parts, the lower parts being supported by the lower pressing element, an incineration material conveying container(24) slidably mounted on the base plate element and formed in a case shape with opened upper and lower parts, and an actuator(53) mounted at an end of the elongation part of the base plate element for reciprocatingly driving the container to an upper part of the metal mold. |
