PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method of processing organic garbage are provided, which can solve the energy inefficiency and unsuitability for forage and fertilizer of drying method and the problem of time and space of fermentation method. CONSTITUTION: A method of processing organic garbage comprises the steps of decreasing water by mixing organic garbage with water regulating agents to keep absolute moisture below 65%; cracking and drying the water-decreased organic garbage; and exhausting the cracked and dried garbage. An apparatus comprises a mixing screw (10) for mixing the organic garbage (1) with the water regulating agents (2), a cracking and drying tub (20) for cracking and drying the organic garbage (1) supplied from the mixing screw (10), a control valve (30) for loading a pulsating pressure on the cracking and drying tub, an air ventilation system(40), a heat ventilation (50), and a rotary exhaust (60). |
