PURPOSE: Provided is a dyeing and printing process of fabric using glue as a catalyst which has new printing and printing design and makes natural printing pattern. CONSTITUTION: The dyeing and printing process contains following the steps of: melting glue in 70°C of hot water to make glue paste; preparing a scoured cotton fabric; diluting pigment or dye stuff in printing paste, being followed by mixing glue paste to make desired color; setting the cotton fabric on a printing board, being followed by screening with printing paste and drying; dissolving dye stuff and auxiliary in cold water in a dyeing machine, being followed by steeping the printing fabric for short time; drying the steeped fabric; steaming the steeped printing fabric in a low pressure caldron; and then washing and soaping the printing fabric in hot water. |
