PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing knotty for construction in the curved shape is provided to simply mold finger jointed edge glued panels for a curved construction in a short time and promptly finish the manufacturing at a construction site, thereby reducing construction time and expense. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing knotty for construction in the curved shape includes the steps of forming a template with a material having an extremely little deformation ratio in the corresponding shape and real measures to construct(100), preparing joining panels with timbers having a good deformation ratio by cutting and matching to a thickness able to deform according to a required curvature(200), securing the template in a center of molds and fixing the molds in positions with a predetermined distance along an outline of the template(300), carrying out stacking, joining and pressing a plurality of joining panels deposited with a predetermined resin adhesive against the molds and templates by pressing whole surfaces with a uniform pressure for a predetermined time(400), and curing the pressed panels to prevent restoring of curvature molded parts after gradually releasing the pressure by operating the molds(500). |
