PURPOSE:To cure heat curing resin quickly and uniformly, improve working efficiency and workability in pipeline repairing work and reduce the cost by applying power to a conductive resin absorbing material constituting a pipe lining material, heat developing the resin absorbing material, and heating directly heat curing resin impregnated with said material. CONSTITUTION:When an electric source 19 is ON and power is applied to a copper wire 6 of a pipe lining material 1, current flows from the copper wire 6 of one conductive lining layer 2 in the peripheral direction of a resin absorbing material 5 to another copper wire 6, and the resin absorbing material 5 as an electric resistant material is heat developed uniformly all over the periphery in whole length. As said curing resin infiltraded resin absorbing materials 5 and 8 are heated directly by said heat and cured instantly and uniformly, the pipeline repair work can proceed efficiently and the inner peripheral surface of a pipeline 10 is lined with lining layers 2 and 3. Also, the temperature of the resin absorbing material 5 is sensed by a temperature sensor 20, based on which a temperature controller 22 controls the supplied current of an electric source 19 to retain the temperature of the resin absorbing material 5 as a constant value. |
