The television aerial fixing system is designed to encircle a fixed structure. The system has a support structure forming a corner iron having at least a U shaped support arm. The support arm extends perpendicularly from a side of the corner iron so as to support the aerials mast. The support-structure is formed from a single piece by cutting and bending of a metallic sheet. The fixing system consists of a winder-tensioner mounted on a side of the corner iron. To form the corner the feet are bent 90 deg. with respect to the side around the fold lines 6 and 6'.
