The plastic lining component is for a passage made through concrete, having a tube enclosing the passage and one or more feet. It has two tubes each lining a separate passage (2) for a central heating pipe, joined to each other by a connecting piece (16), and a gap is provided between the tube ends furthest from the feet (6), to accommodate reinforcing wires (22) in the concrete.
