PURPOSE:To provide the subject tube wherein a heat responsive element applied with an aluminum coated layer is used as a movable electrode, and the thickness of the aluminum coated layer at its contact part is selected to be locally 3.0 microns, therby preventing aluminum at the contact part from melting to deposit to the stationary electrode. |
