PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus, which can heat many objects to be heated simultaneously and effectively, does not cause the unevenness of temperature and of which size is smaller than the conventional heating apparatus. SOLUTION: The heating apparatus, provided with a spacer 6 comprising a thick cupper plate, etc., transferring heat to whole area uniformly by contacting a heat generating part 5 generating the heat and a hot plate 7 transferring the heat from the spacer 6 directly contacting the heating surface of the objects to be heated 8, can heat a plurality of the objects to be heated 8 simultaneously and uniformly. The hot plate 7 has the shape conforming the shape of the surface to be heated of the object to be heated 8.
