PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form spacer facilitating a position adjustment of a mounted form, capable of simply positioning the lower horizontal reinforcement of lattice reinforcing bars at a position below the upper face of horizontal section concrete, and having the cross sectional area of members smaller than that of the conventional one. SOLUTION: Right and left legs 9 and 10 are erected at both end sections of a substrate 8, and receiving plates 11 and 12 are fixed to the apexes of the legs. The height of the legs 9 and 10 is made nearly equal to the thickness size of the horizontal section concrete, and the interval between the receiving plates 11 and 12 is made nearly equal to the interval between right and left erect section forms 20 and 21. A slip section 14 is provided at a position lower than the height of the legs at the middle section of both legs to form the form spacer.
