SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATING CAPACITY OF MATERIAL TAKEN IN BUCKET OF EXCAVATOR AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for monitoring a working instrument of an excavator set in an excavation site during the excavation work. SOLUTION: When a bucket taking a material therein is prepared, a terrain map for the excavation site is used, and a capacity of the materail taken in the bucket is estimated according to the actual orbit of the bucket and the terrain for the excavation site in order to decice when the bucket reaches a required capacity.
