PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training device which enables a user to build up the muscular strength of his or her various sections. SOLUTION: This training device of a pseudo cycle type has an installation base 1 to be placed on an installation surface, a handlebar 2 to be clamped by the user, a saddle 3 to be seated by the user and a pair of pedals 4 to be cycled by the user. The saddle 3 is made freely movable in a longitudinal direction.
