PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dumbbell tool with which not only the arms but also the wrists can be trained. SOLUTION: This tool is provided with a holding part 10 which can be held by a user with one hand and a weight part 20 connected to the holding part 10. The centroid G of the weight part 20 is positioned off the axis 10A of the holding part in a radial direction.
