PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration equipment of fry oil from a tank, from which fry oil can be easily taken out even when a pump gets out of order in the course of filtration. SOLUTION: The filtration equipment comprises a filtration device main body 2 equipped with a pump P, a tank 3 installed detachment freely in the filtration device main body 2, a suction pipe 9 sucking fry oil stored in the tank from upper part of the tank by the pump, and filtration means 5, 6, 7. The suction pipe 9 can covert the position between the sucking position at which the top end part of the suction pipe is located inside the tank 3 and the shunting position at which the suction pipe does not obstruct the dismantlement of the tank from the filtration device main body.
