The handle is made of flexible material, and each extremity (6) includes an attachment (16) which is moulded with the handle. The attachment consists of two thicker parts (16', 16") separated by a thinner part (26) which acts as a hinge so that the thicker parts are folded back to back. One thicker part (16") is extended by a flat part (27) with a spur (31) on one side. The extremities of the handle are held in place by a rigid plate (4) so that the spur passes through it but not the thicker part.
