PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device, with which an internal piezoelectric element is not affected even when a stress deformation occurs because of seam welding, concerning a seal welding sealed ceramic package internally packaged with the piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 7 is arranged inside a cavity 5 of a ceramic package 1, and a metal ring 2 provided on the upper surface of a side wall 10 of the ceramic package 1 and a metallic lid body are air-tightly sealed by seam welding. A silicon resin layer 3 is formed on an inner bottom face 60 of the ceramic package 1, and one part of the surface of the silicon resin layer 3 is fixed and connected through an adhesive agent 8 to one part on the lower surface of the piezoelectric element 7.
