SOLUTION: This lead frame 70 is so constituted that the center line 15 of a unit frame 10 is oblique, and a diagonal 15 of the unit frame 10 is especially preferably almost perpendicular to a lead frame long side 21. Respective unit frames 10 are arranged closely in contact with each other. Furthermore, each unit frame 10 is given the function of runners to eliminate the need for runners between unit frame blocks 20.
