PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an insulation displacement part without extending a thin sidewall. SOLUTION: A pressure welding is done by squeezing an electric wire W between insulation displacement parts 17 extruding inside from a pair of sidewalls 12. The insulation displacement part 17 is formed so as to extrude from the sidewall 12 like cantilever by cutting and raising up a part of the sidewall 12 inward, and a bent part 17a is formed by bending the cantilever-like extrusion part to sidewall 12 side. As the insulation displacement part 17 is formed so as to extrude from the sidewall like cantilever, different from conventional method by which pressure welding part is supported by sidewalls at both end parts, the insulation displacement pare 17 is not extended thinly.
