Plastic cheese mould - with internal grooves and whey discharge through holes at their bottom (NL 5.12.78)

A cheese mould, pref. made of plastic, has in the side walls vertical grooves, in the bottom intersecting grooves, and in the radius part between them horizontal grooves. The grooves have pref. a width 2 mm. Holes are made in the bottom of the grooves in a regular pattern; their dia. can vary from 0.4-0.8 mm. This guarantees both a good whey discharge and non-clogging of the holes. The walls can have adequate thickness for mechanical strength.
