Bottle washing machine detergent life increasing process - monitors flow rate in separator circuit for hourly bath replenishment

The process increases the useful life of detergent used in cleaning, and particularly in bottle-washing machines, where the items handled pass through a high-temperature bath containing the detergent. While flowing continuously through separators, the detergent is freed of labels, dirt and foreign bodies. The rate of flow of the detergent in the separator circuit corresponds to an hourly replenishment of the maximum theoretical quantity of it in the bath. The concentration of the purified fraction of detergent is continuously measured before return to the bath so as to regulate detergent addition tot he latter. Liquid level is maintained by delivery into the bath, controlled by measuring its level.
