FLEXIBLE HOSE

摘要

PURPOSE:To maintain the heat insulating function and the flexible function at a low temperature with a simple structure by constituting a low-temperature fluid flexible hose used as the time of rocket launching or the like with an outer tube made of a material such as plastic resin or weather-resistant rubber and an inner tube made of a flexible metal and inserted into the outer tube. CONSTITUTION:A flexible hose is constituted of an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 2. A stainless steel spring 4 is provided at a proper interval from the outer periphery of a stainless meshy tube 8 and a small spring 7 in the outer tube 1. A polyester tube 9 is hooked and wound by a polyester fiber cord 6 on the outer periphery of the spring 4. A Teflon film 3 is loosely fastened and wound by a wire 5 on the periphery. The outermost skin is protected by a polyester fiber tube 11 coated with a weather-resistant rubber material. The inner tube 2 is a stainless flexible tube. As a result, the heat insulating function and the flexible function at a low temperature can be maintained with a light- weight and simple structure.
