A cylinder (10) for concreting into a base has a centre assembly aperture (11b) on a plate (11) fixed to the head. A post (16) is attachable to a top plate (13). Screws are inserted from inside the cylinder through an eccentric hole (11a) in the lower plate, with tightening nuts (12a). The top plate is supported on further nuts (12b), with screws held by flush holes (12a) in it. The top plate is held by nuts (12c) fitting on top. The anchorage permits simple mounting or replacement with no parts protruding over the path or road surface while the post is not mounted. |
