The sealed anchoring arrangement is used for the fastening loops of e.g. the flexible straps made of rubber used for holding a covering sheet on a haulage vehicle. The sealing cannot be tampered with and it is designed only for opening by customs officials. The anchoring hooks can be fastened in a single operation on the container wall. The rubber rope has a strip on one side (3) suitable for fastening on a second element. The strip carries several brackets (4) each of which has an opening (8). Several second brackets (5) are provided projecting from the strip and each of these forms an anchoring hook for holding a loop (17).
