<p>A bushing is coaxially arranged near that portion of the bolt that engages one of the components to be connected. The inner dia. of the bushing is greater than the outer dia. of the bolt; the resulting annular space is filled with an elastic mass connecting bushing and bolt. The elastic mass is a deformable plastics such as a polyurethane, a fluoroplastics, synthetic rubber, polyester or an inorganic polymer. Used in connecting, fastening, coupling of mechanical parts, e.g. fastening of brake disc on a hub of a rail vehicle. Good absorption of stresses arising from deformation and misalignment is provided.</p> |
