摘要

The optical recording system has the scanning beam vibrated transverse to the direction of the recording track with an error signal obtained from the amplitude modulation of the read-out signal. This is compared in phase and frequency with the energising frequency supplied to the deflection device for the scanning beam, to obtain a control signal for the deflection device used to guide the scanning beam along the recording track. Pref. the read-out head is coupled via a band-pass filter to a synchronisation detector supplied via a phase corrector with the vibration frequency, the latter being added to the synchronisation detector output to provide the control signal.
