PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation disintegration apparatus for medium that is able to easily manufacture a screw for agitation easily with accuracy and to easily form an impeller blade into a desired shape with a desired material. SOLUTION: The agitation disintegration apparatus for medium 1 is provided with a screw 4 for agitation and a treatment cylinder 5 having installed the screw for agitation therein and charging balls 6 and a substance 7 to be treated thereto, and agitates and grinds the substance to be treated in the treatment cylinder by rotating the screw for agitation. The screw 4 for agitation is provided with a rotation shaft 40 which is rotatively driven, a torque transmission member 55 fitted to the rotation shaft by forming a contact surface for transmitting torque of the rotation shaft, an impeller blade part 56 transmitted by inserting the cylindrical part 71 to the rotation shaft to forme a helical blade 39 integrally in the outer surface of the cylindrical part and bringing the upper end surface of the blade into contact with the contact surface and a supporting means 57 supporting the blade part on the rotation shaft.
