Appts. for storing low b.pt. liquefied gases has three similar vessel, each with a filler pipe extending to the bottom and a gas pipe from the upper space for the gas, together with draw-off pipes for the liquefied gas. The filler pipes of two vessels are connected together and to a common filler union. The filler pipe of the third vessel is connected to the gas pipes of the other two. The third vessel gas pipe acts as the gas discharge pipe. There can be an opening in the filler pipe of the third vessel at the upper gas space, and each vessel can have a draw-off pipe extending to the bottom and connected to a common draw-off union.
