1535847 Technetium 99m labelled tin colloid RADIOCHEMICAL CENTRE Ltd 4 March 1977 [19 March 1976] 11295/76 Heading A5B [Also in Division G6] Technetium-99m-labelled tin colloid for liver scanning is made by adding an aqueous solution containing Tc-99m in the form of technetate to a reagent comprising 1 part by weight of sodium, potassium, or ammonium fluoride and from 0.00075 to 0.75 parts by weight of stannous tin. The reagent may comprise 0.75-750 micrograms of stannous tin, 50-7000 micrograms of sodium, potassium, or ammonium ion, and 40-5000 micrograms of fluoride asceptically packaged in a container. The reagent may be in aqueous solution or freeze-dried.
