PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a proton conductivity imparting agent for a gas diffusive electrode of a solid high molecular fuel cell capable of being joined to an electrolytic film with proper strength, and imparting the superior proton conductivity to the inside of the electrode to produce the active electrode reaction in a case when the electrolytic film is a hydrocarbon cation exchange film. SOLUTION: This proton conductivity imparting agent for the gas diffusive electrode in the solid high molecular fuel cell using the hydrocarbon cation exchange film, is composed of hydrocarbon high molecule having a cation exchange group, being soluble to at least one kind of organic solvents and hardly soluble in water, and preferably presenting properties of a thermoplastic elastomer. |
