PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize existent facilities to maximum level and at a low cost, while realizing a comfortable internet utilization environment within rooms of a hotel. SOLUTION: An inner line 6a for connecting a room 2 with an extension exchange 30 being branched, and one is set as a terminal line 60. Furthermore, a plurality of inner lines 6c are connected between an access server 40 and the extension exchange 30, and also the access server 40 is connected to the Internet 5 via a dedicated line 8. A user connects a terminal 20 to the terminal line 60, so that it is possible to connect with the access server 40, and to be connected to the Internet 5 through authentication by an authentication means, included in the access server 40. Furthermore, during its connection with the Internet, addition time is calculated by an accounting means included in the access server 40. |
