The invention concerns a compound of formula (I), wherein: X is a C0-C20 hydrocarbon group comprising 0 to 2 double bonds or optionally a benzyl group; Y represents a -COOH group or an amino group of formula -N(Z)z(H)3-z, wherein Z is a C1-C7 alkyl group, linear or branched, an arylmethyl group, in particular benzyl, optionally substituted by one or several hydroxyl groups, or still the -N(Z)z(H)3-z group forms a pyridinium radical and z is an integer between 0 and 3; R represents a -(CH2)m- group, wherein m is an integer between 4 and 16; n is an integer between 1 and 6.
