摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase yield of a final product of a dry gas by re-using a dry gas used for regeneration of an adsorbent as a purge gas in the permeation side of a steam separation membrane in preparation of the dry gas by a membrane separation method combined with an adsorption method. CONSTITUTION:A water-containing pressure gas prepared by a pressing apparatus 1 and an after-cooler 2 is supplied to the non-permeation side of a steam separation membrane of a membrane separation apparatus 5, water is removed by permeation to the permeation side, and a dry gas is obtained in the non- permeation side. The resulting dry gas is supplied to a first adsorbent of a gas adsorption apparatus 6 to carry out gas adsorption so as to produce adsorption-treated dry gas and at the same time a second adsorbent is regenerated by purging an adsorbed gas by the dry gas produced in the non-permeation side. The dry gas containing the adsorbed gas which is purged from the second adsorbent is supplied to the permeation side of the steam separation membrane of the membrane separation apparatus 5 to purge the permeation side of the separation membrane. The first and second adsorbents are switched reciprocally in a prescribed period and gas adsorption and regeneration are carried out continuously.</p>
