PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that electric power form USB has not been effectively utilized even though the power has been supplied from the USB interface, in a printer device having the USB interface. SOLUTION: The ink jet recorder having a control circuit for controlling recording operation using a recording head and a drive circuit for driving the recording head, has a power source part of a serial interface for supplying power to the control circuit at a first voltage value and a voltage output circuit for supplying power to the drive circuit at a second voltage value. |
