<p>Disclosed is a polyfunctional liquid polyurethane-containing adduct wherein the adduct contains as a first functional group at least one structo-terminal polymerizable group and at least one second structo-terminal functional group per molecule which is a fluorinated moiety. Such compounds are useful in radiation curable coatings to modify the surface energy of a substrate.</p> |
