PURPOSE:To secure a high-efficient electron radiation at a low temperature by using the oxide insulator as the basic material and then specifiying the porosity to the adsorption surface area for the particle diameter of the electron radiator which makes the basic material adsorb the mateiral of low ionizing energy. |
