PURPOSE:To expand operating margin of circuits and obtain an ultra-high speed logic LSI of extremely high integration density by wiring respective power supply wirings always so as to become always parallel and making the value of the resistance ratio of wirings constant, for the power sources used for various logic circuits within LSI ship, for which two kinds of supply voltages, high and low are required. |
