Loading indicator for passenger vehicles with air suspension - has single pressure to voltage transducer with sampling and hold circuits

The load indicator comprises a single pressure-voltage transducer to which are connected pneumatic lines to the air suspension points. In each line is a magnetic valve which is connected electrically to a control unit and to the respective input of a sample-and-hold circuit. The control unit comprises a shift register driven via an and-gate from a clock generator and flip-flop with start switch operated via the bus door control system. The shift register outputs control switches in the inputs of high-gain amplifiers in the hold circuit. The outputs of the sample-and-hold circuits are taken to the inputs of a summing amplifier. The output signal of this is proportional to the loading of the passenger vehicle. The advantage of the system lies in its stability and the use of only one pressure/voltage transducer.
