The invention comprises a weight, a fishing line and a weight connector. The weight is mounted on at least one weight-bearing member, at least one fishing line-groove is placed on the weight. The fishing line is set into the fishing line-groove. The weight is rotated as the fishing line moves, the rotating weight is disengaged from the weight-bearing member by the cooperation between the weight and the weight-bearing member. The weight is connected to the fishing line by the weight connector. If a fish bites, the weight is rotated by the tightness of the fish line. During moving from the position where the weight is supported by the weight-bearing member originally to the position where the weight is disengaged from the weight-bearing member and falls, the falling weight pull the hooked fish down to obtain the effect of tightening the fishing line to hook the fish firmly.
