PURPOSE:To eliminate contamination of windows and prolong life by so disposing plural sheets of discs having holes at the central part between the cathode side Brewster window and discharge part of the discharge tube for metal vapor laser that the discs are aligned at the center and are made parallel and yet the hole diameters are made larger on the capillary tube side and are smaller on the Brewster window side. |
