Multiplication and exponential processing of analogue signals - integrating input signal over interval corresp. to signal magnitude

Appts. multiplying signals or raising them to a power has simple construction and comparatively high achievable accuracy whilst permitting direct input of analogue signals. A time interval is derived from the value of an input signal and an input signal integration performed over a second time interval which is a given function of the first interval. For multiplication, a second input signal is integrated over an interval corrsp. to the value of a first input. For exponentiation, the single input signal is integrated over an interval derived from its own value.
