<p>A device for the handling of soft food produce includes a distributor which can be turned together with e.g. the cheese through 180 degrees. On retracting a jack, the cheese is deposited on a frame which can be moved sideways to rest the cheese on a twin roller table. Cheese is handled without the necessity of any sliding motion and without gripping tools, both of which may well damage the cheese.</p> |
