A cloth fixing device of a signboard frame is provided to fix a cloth on the signboard frame and simplify a fixing process by using only one tool. A cloth fixing device has a shape of a vise plier including a movable handle(120), a fixing handle(110), and a locking release lever(140). A fixing extension part(111) is extended from the fixing handle. A disk(113) for pushing a cloth is rotatably installed into an upper groove of a signboard frame at an end of the fixing extension part. A movable extension part(121) is extended from the movable handle. A roller(122) is installed at an end of the movable extension part. The roller is inserted into a lower groove of the signboard frame.
