PURPOSE:To facilitate arrangement and callout in the case of a waiting time at acceptance processing by using an ID tag as a means for the internal processing and copy when a radio card is given to a customer. CONSTITUTION:When a customer comes to the reception, a document or slip is received, an ID tag 3 and a radio card 4 are set to the reader 5 of a register 2 connecting to a transmitter 1 respectively to read the data of the ID tag 3 and the data is stored in the transmitter 1 and the data is registered in the radio card 4. Then the radio card 4 is given to a customer and the ID tag 3 is used for the internal processing and when the internal processing is finished, the data from the ID tag 3 is read and the radio card 4 is called automatically. Thus, the retrieval and collation of a person concerned and the call number in the case of transfer of the application whose internal processing is finished are implemented without manual operation, then the waiting time is saved. |
