Gas fired heater with noise damper - has spring between outer wall of heating chamber and inner wall of surrounding spaced housing

Within the housing (1, 2) is a noise damper spring system (10, 12, 14). This connects one wall of the heating chamber (4) with a wall (8) of the housing. The vibration damper is fastened pref. on the rear wall (8) of the housing. Pref. the end of the spring attached to the heater wall has a head carrying a cushion of soft heat resistant material such as asbestos. This head should have a weight of 50-200 gms. Pref. the spring is a curved steel strip.
